Yodoya Kura is operated by Yodoya Shoji, the trade name of GLOBEMASTER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, Bengaluru, India. For this service we act on behalf of your company under the engagement letter you have signed with us.
Contact details of the people your company authorises to use Yodoya Kura (name, business email, phone), and the business records your company uploads for review, such as accounting exports, GST returns, bank statements and vendor statements. We also keep sign-in and activity records for security.
Only to deliver the assurance services in your engagement letter: reconciliations, checks, findings, reports and recovery follow-up. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with other clients. Where patterns learned from reviews improve our checks, only the method is reused, never your data.
In Microsoft 365 data centres in India. Access is limited to your engagement team and to the people your company authorises. Every sign-in uses Microsoft verification, and every view, upload and download is logged.
